Gurdarshan Kaur Bawa, Founder and CEO of LIME Learning Solutions Inc., brings over a decade of diverse experience in Learning and Development, working with a range of industry leaders and educational institutions. Her passion for empowering organizations through transformative learning experiences has shaped her approach to delivering impactful solutions that foster growth and engagement.
Gurdarshan has led impactful learning initiatives at top organizations like BTS, where she developed scalable programs for many multinational brands. At The Home Depot, she modernized training content and led agile projects to deliver innovative learning solutions across their stores. Her experience also extends to academia, where she collaborated with Mohawk College to design learning experiences that blend theory with real-world application. This diverse background enables her to create tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of a variety of industries.
Gurdarshan's academic credentials, including a Master of Science (M.Sc.) and Master of Philosophy (M.Phil.) in Education, along with her certification in Adult Learning and Development from the University of Toronto, provide a strong foundation in learning theory and instructional design.
